As a quarterback, it is important to know how to properly take care of your body in order to prevent injury. Your warm-up should be more than just "throwing the ball". Here I will take you through some of my favorite exercises that I do with Quarterbacks ranging from the professional level to the elite high school and middle school levels to make sure they're properly prepared to throw!
