The Phillies MLB Youth Academy creates an on-ramp for athletes in the Philadelphia area to showcase their skills. In addition to our outdoor and indoor facilities to provide free, year-round instruction to the more than 5,000 Phillies Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities (RBI) players in Philadelphia - this showcase creates access to and for athletes and coaches alike.
