USA Boxing

USA Boxing, the National Governing Body for Boxing in the U.S., has launched a brand new Talent Transfer Program to identify athletes with speed, power, agility, mental toughness, and, most importantly, the heart of a fighter. Regardless of prior boxing experience, athletes with these foundational skills will be evaluated and then selected to participate in a training camp, hosted by USA Boxing, to showcase their athletic ability and potential to become an Olympic boxing champion. Fundamental boxing skills will be taught during the camp by USA Boxing’s National Coaching Staff, so no prior fighting experience is required.  Through a simple online application, athletes are able to easily upload information about themselves. The form allows athletes to highlight their prior sports experience, background information, and to share why they believe they have what it takes to become a Champion. Through the online application, athletes will be connected with USA Boxing Coaching Staff and other athletes in the boxing community.  Through this talent transfer program, USA Boxing has made it easier than ever for athletes from any sports background to get connected into the world of boxing.
