I filmed one of my 10-yard sprints in practice. I did not time it as it was during a workout, but I tried using frame split to get an estimate. From the moment my left arm hit the starting line to the moment I hit the finish (the hurdle), the split was 1.65 but keep in mind how I measured it.
Unfortunately, my coach stopped recording right as I landed. I did not move my feet until he picked his phone back up to record the measurement. I plan to re-record this in a sand pit in the future so this may be replaced.
This is a draft highlight tape. I am waiting for my athletic department to send me footage of my swimming, however for the meantime I am using articles. All lifts were completed in 2022. I may replace this video prior to my final submission in Mid-July.
