About Me

Hi! My name is Dara Obeid and I’m 16 years old. I’m a 6’4” middle blocker and I love it! I love the fast pace of being a middle, always on the go with all the transition and blocking. I currently play with Halton Hurricanes Category 7 and have been playing with this team for 7 years, 4 years as Captain. I have played with Team Canada 3 times, including U17 NORCECA and U17 World Championships. I was also apart of the Red and White Program, as a Captain of my team. I also have many experiences playing with the Provincial Team, most recently as a member of Team Ontario Elite.
