Guess what -? - I found a way to strengthen my injury finally...........Cycle sprinting uphill or equivalent to that, I found out by accident by cycle sprinting up sabino canyon road towards mt lemmon Tucson - From tangre verde rd high up into the canyons, That works the adductors and abductors muscles the right way & After I did that....I got sore and 1 times the pressure was put on the injury And it strengthened some & That's how I made my improvement from being in bed 20 hours a day To 12 hours a day - ? - I was heading towards mount lemmon - the mountain in Arizona, Sabino canyon rd from tangre verde is 1 mile from the bottom to the top @ sabino canyon mountain rd - About 45° incline at its highest points - I'm replicating this environment on my indoor cycle But with 15 pounds more momentum weight - Getting thru 7 times the pressure on the injury soreness fatigue and bogged down system from it from strengthening my injury - Level 4 is gone on injury pressure & getting thru level 5 - 6 & 7 now - every time this happens I have a improvement! - ?
