Guess what -? - I found a way to strengthen my injury finally...........Cycle sprinting uphill or equivalent to that, I found out by accident by cycle sprinting up sabino canyon road towards mt lemmon Tucson - From tangre verde rd high up into the canyons, That works the adductors and abductors muscles the right way & After I did that....I got sore and 1 times the pressure was put on the injury And it strengthened some & That's how I made my improvement from being in bed 20 hours a day To 12 hours a day - ? - I was heading towards mount lemmon - the mountain in Arizona, Sabino canyon rd from tangre verde is 1 mile from the bottom to the top @ sabino canyon mountain rd - About 45° incline at its highest points - I'm replicating this environment on my indoor cycle But with 15 pounds more momentum weight - Getting thru 7 times the pressure on the injury soreness fatigue and bogged down system from it from strengthening my injury - Level 4 is gone on injury pressure & getting thru level 5 - 6 & 7 now - every time this happens I have a improvement! - ? This machine is twice as hard as the life fitness machines on the hips - even at 305 pounds for 2500 repetitions- 25 sets of 100 repetitions- my 1RM for the abductors is roughly 532.49 pounds roughly based on the formula and my 1RM for the adductors is 474.16 based on the formula- ?
230 pounds max at half muscle worked double resistance done on both hip machines got into 45 sets of 100 repetitions which took 5 hours roughly to complete my personal best cold cranking cycling muscles- ?
