About Me
My name is Matt silvera and I have experience as a multiple sport athlete. I am a current free agent as a baseball player. I also am an amateur kickboxer as well. I hope to pursue bobsleigh at the highest level I am capable of.
I have tested a 42.2 inch vert. I have tested a 40 inch vert multiple times on jump mat. I have tested a 40 inch vert on force plates.
I have tested a 10ft broad jump, but will be testing current #’s and PR’ing soon. Speed, and strength numbers as well as video will be posted as proof. Training under Christian Thibaudeau/Tom Sheppard as S&C coach.
