Here is a short compilation of some passing, defence, and serving highlights during an open gym with some of my teammates as well as a scrimmage composed of members of my team along with some local athletes who play in an adult co-ed league. I have luckily had the opportunity to be able to get some early reps in before club season starts up again. This past year, I have been trying to incorporate the "split-step" into my passing technique. At first I saw some early failures which is a given when learning a new skill, but all failure feeds to a success eventually... Now, the "split-step" has become a part of my routine whenever I play. Since then I have seen a noticeable improvement in my ability to get to balls further away from me and still make good passes.
