My name is Adam Wolfgaard. I am 29 Years Old and reside in San Diego, CA. I am 6'1'' and weigh 225lbs. I am currently a Physical Education and am determined to pursue the US Bobsled Team for the next 8+ years. I am currently following former USABS Team Member, Blaine McConnell's '2 Phase - UNIT Program' to prepare for the combine process. Although I have only started McConnell's program a few months ago, I am already starting to observe substantial progress with my own performance.

Although this obstacle has physically affected my training journey in the past, I have fully recovered and feeling determined to pursue my bobsled aspirations to the utmost degree.
