About Me

My name is Lis and I’m 30 years old. I play for Div 2 Virginia Vixens 8w contact Flag Football team in Hampton, VA. I am a WR and LB. I learn about Flag Football in 2022 and immediately fell in love with the sport. I have been in sports since I was 4 years old. I’ve played Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Softball, Swimming, Judo, Track and Field, Crossfit, Powerlifting, and now Flag Football. I am passionate about fitness and training as well as always having a good mindset. I have a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and a Master of Science in Psychology. I graduated with honors from both degrees which led me to being invited to the Golden Key International Honor Society and the National Society of Leadership and Success. I believe that everything happens in your mind before it can be developed physically.
