About Me
My name is Valen Krzyston, I am a 2022 high school graduate who specialized in football and track. In football I received all area honors, first team and second team throughout my sophomore year to senior year. In track my personal bests were 200m: 23.30, 400m: 52.52, long jump: 22’1.5”. After high school I competed at the d2 level of college athletics in track and field as a long jumper and short sprinter, that unfortunately didn’t pan out how I wanted. I am now training on my own, doing most of what I enjoy, training like an athlete.
