I started sports at the age of 4 and tried everything my community offered: baseball, swimming, tae-kwon-do, gymnastics, soccer, but the one that stuck around was basketball. At Mark Keppel High, our team played in the open division for CIF. Recreationally I played beach flag football, pickleball and did boxing.
In 2020, I discovered CrossFit and started competing a year later. I fell short on a few, then stepped on the podium for a few, but in 2023, I got my first gold at Bridgetown Throwdown. I’ve competed in 2 Hyrox’s, finishing 2nd in my individual age group in 2021. That same year I qualified, showed up and placed 3rd in the Deka Fit World Championships in New Jersey. In 2023, I placed 1st in the 25-29 age group at Deka Fit Orlando.
I was introduced to sprint Triathlons in 2023 with my best performances being 5th in the Bayshore Sprint and 7th in the USA Legacy Triathlon. I completed my first marathon earlier this year and will be competing in TYR Wodapalooza in September.

2024 U.S. Flag National Team Adult Digital Combine #2
An introduction to the type of athlete I am! If I could add one more thing that describes me, it would be that burpees are my favorite movement. I didn't always like them as most people don't, but I've learned to embrace the grit it displays.
