Professionally, I’m a Physical Therapist with an orthopedic specialty. Semi-professionally, I’m a flag football player with a wide receiver specialty.
Sports have always been a huge part of my life. I played basketball from youth through college and it was such a major part of my identity all that time. I never imagined I’d find a sport I love more than basketball until opportunities for women in football started to arise. Growing up, the only football opportunity I had was playing the annual high school powder puff game. I counted down the days to this each year. Now I’m grateful to play year round as football is my passion.
My primary team is the Oregon Ravens Flag Football team of the WNFC, whom I play both WR and DB for. This year I was recognized as the Ravens’ Offensive Player of the Year. I also play in two local co-ed leagues for additional reps. I previously played one year of tackle football for the Portland Fighting Shockwave of the WFA. I was recognized as their 2022 Rookie of the Year. As hard as it was, I ultimately left tackle football to protect my brain as repeat concussions are not my jam. I’m grateful that decision led me to finding my home in flag.
My goals are to be a key contributor to the Ravens’ successes in upcoming years and to make a team USA roster. I’ve been inspired watching the USA women’s team’s success in the IFAF tournament this year. I’d love to be a part of that and have a platform to help grow opportunities for women in flag football, a sport that has grown to mean so much to me.

2024 U.S. Flag National Team Adult Digital Combine #2
Film from the 2022 season with the Portland Fighting Shockwave of the WFA (special shoutout to the Seattle Spartan's film crew- you're all over this) and the 2024 WNFC Flag Football League Tournament representing the Oregon Ravens at the Star In Frisco, TX! It was such a fun experience playing at the Cowboy's practice stadium and, as always in the WNFC, competition was FIERCE.
All together 3 tackle games and 3 flag game highlights are included. I wish I had more to share but it just so happens to be hard for women in sports to get coverage. Let's change that!
