Acceleration Focus Day - Lifts
Power clean starting at 135 for 4 reps and increase weight each set with a focus on moving the bar as fast as possible.
Superset with hurdle jumps for as high as you can for 2 reps.
For the lifting phase hit:
Bulgarian split squats for 5x10
Incline alternating bench 4x10
weighted hammer grip pullup 4x10
Finish the workout with core activation:
heavy parallel rotations 4x8
open scoop med ball tosses for 8, 6, then 4 reps on each side.
