Purpose:

To see an athlete’s quick change of direction and agility.

Purpose:

To see an athlete's horizontal and vertical power of the legs with a look at balance and coordination.

Equipment required:

-   Tape measure to measure distance jumped.
    
-   A flat grass area or long jump runway with a sand pit. The starting takeoff line should be clearly marked or if using a long jump pit start with toes right up to the edge but not overhang.
    

Demonstration:

Watch Connor demonstrate the movement and listen for the tips.

Procedure:

The starting take off line should be clearly marked. If using a long jump pit, start with toes right up to the edge but not overhang for your broad jump. Have a friend help mark and measure your jumps.

Description: To see an athlete's vertical power of the legs with a look at balance and coordination.

Procedure:  Static vertical jump from (do not step into it). Measure your starting “reach” standing flat foot and your final “reach”

Since 1984, Hendrick Motorsports has earned a record 14 car owner championships in NASCAR’s premier division.

The organization fields four full-time Chevrolet teams on the NASCAR Cup Series circuit with drivers Kyle Larson, Chase Elliott, William Byron and Alex Bowman.
