Today's workout - Full Body Strength. I've got a 38" vertical right now but my goal is to gain 6" by the end of summer. Strengthening my core and my legs with this work out and working on my upper body for hitting and being able to push that ball; on any out of system plays. My strength and conditioning coach, Reid Hall gives me 2 custom workouts a week; if I miss one, he'll give me an extra conditioning workout to keep on track with my goals. #GYMRAT #HARDWORKPAYSOFF
Step Into My World - Just another Saturday, getting some setting reps in with Coach Jake. My setting workout is intense, 300-400 reps from multiple positions. Lots of jumping. Ending with right side, left side hitting, blocking and spin serving. No passing today, will save that for next time. #gymrat
Here's a glimpse of some of the things I work on regularly throughout the week. Whenever I'm not practicing with my team or playing a tournament; I'll have a private work out to make sure I refine my technique and muscle memory. In an average workout, I'll get between 300-400 sets in. #gymrat #hardworkpaysoff

I don't practice much hitting anymore but when you have a 38" vertical and would do pretty much anything for your team; you gotta make the best of every situation and get to work!
